Note: This is a substantially revised version of the 1965 Broadway musical ANYA. The first revision, A SONG FOR ANASTASIA, opened in the summer of 1967 in Brunswick, Maine. Additional productions include Johannesburg, South Africa as I, ANASTASIA (1980), University of Miami (1982); Merrimack Theatre, Lowell, Massachusetts as THE ANASTASIA GAME (Fall 1989), University of Michigan (1990), London (date unknown) and a studio cast recording THE ANASTASIA AFFAIRE (1992). The studio cast was reissued in 1998 under the title ANASTASIA: THE MUSICAL with additional voices on one track. and unrelated bonus tracks. Only numbers not found on the 1992/1998 studio cast album are noted below.
